We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items with all original tags and packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sale items and accessories (such as jewellry, hats, and bags) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact Us Immediately if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has any quality issues, please follow these steps to resolve the matter:

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to process it. We will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your return is the result of an error on our part or if the item is defective.
